Every time I biked, it just brought back so much fun memory. When I was a child during the summer break, my uncle would wake us up early in the morning, takes me and my brother to country side bike rides. I don't remember much fun at the sight seeing or sun breaking the sun, but the delicious breakfast that we go to it's the best part. But now

There are a lot of health benefit when you bike (or Cycling), for example,

  • it can increase your muscle strength
  • help with your joint joint mobility and strengthen your bones and knees
  • Reduce your stress level and anxiety
